There's really no way to prepare you for what you'll find each day in Teresa Dowlatshahi's Frog Applause. Experience it first-hand, and you'll see it's unlike anything else you'll encounter on GoComics.
Dowlatshahi, who co-creates the linguaphiliac comic strip Shoecabbage, enjoys making semantics the star of her offbeat strips. Each installment of Frog Applause could easily come with a guarantee - you may or may not be familiar with every word in a given strip, but you've certainly never seen them combined like this before!

Hi Teresa,
Ah, that explains why your strip reads alot like Richard Brautigan... re 10/10/2008 strip.

I heard Richard Brautigan read Trout Fishing in America for the first time back in the day. TD is more reminiscent of Max Ernst.
