This image is from a recent letter sent to us by a Calvin & Hobbes fan, one of hundreds of letters we get from C&H fans every year. Unfortunately we were not able to write this young man back, as the return address he gave was printed in illegible pink marker. So Miles, if you're reading this blog, rest assured that we'd gladly bring Calvin back to the newspapers if we could, although that doesn't appear to be in the cards at this point.
In the meantime, you can catch all 3,160 Calvin & Hobbes strips in the complete collection, which I've just been informed is a current "lightning deal" on Amazon.com for the next couple hours or so. Or stop by GoComics and read a new (old) strip every day.

Okay, maybe in the light of day I shouldn't have written that letter in pink marker on unlined paper under a pseudonym during a fever and after 5PM, when I'm notoriously ornery without my Ovaltine and blankie. But luckily I ran out of room for any threats and I believe many people will say that letter represents my finest writing to date.
