"Entre vous" is a pretty mainstream French saying that means "Come in," or more precisely, "You enter." Given the play on words in the sign ("entree" instead of "entre"), the joke becomes pretty obvious.

It's only mainstream to English speakers. In French, "entre vous" means nothing, and "entrez vous" (which is I think the more common expression used by English speakers) is grammatically incorrect. The correct way to say "come in" in French is just "Entrez."
