It was no suprise to me that Mark Parisi won the NCS best comic panel award (for the second time) at last month's Reuben Awards. Mark's operating a very high level and making a lot of smart choices. In fact, many comics scholars I spoke to opined that today may be the high-water point for Off the Mark.
But did Mr. Parisi paint himself into a corner? I know a lot of people are wondering how he can hope to eclipse this comic (sort of like how Fleetwood Mac must have felt after Rumors or Christopher Hewitt after Mr. Belvedere).
I wish the best for him, but if he can't, I hope he knows that for one shining moment he could tell the world he held a rainbow in his hand ... and no one can ever take that away from him ... except a leprechaun.
Thanks, Mark!

Why do I feel your article is just incomplete and it surely is not appealing to me? How will it convince the other people…? You’ve got to do something with this problem of yours and try to do well before you lose your fan followers too.
