Actually the best we could do is recorded, in video. But Luann fans won't want to miss this footage of creator Greg Evans' presentation at Comic Con.
In his talk, Evans presents his early efforts at cartooning, points out mistakes missed by his "high-paid editors" (his words, not mine), and discusses his thoughts about how the strip and characters might evolve in the future. For a Luann fan, this talk offers some pretty fascinating insight into the inspiration and execution of one of the most popular strips in newspapers.
Even those who aren't die-hard Luann fans will find Greg's talk interesting for his discussion of the creative process, how fan feedback affects (and does not affect) the writing process, and how to keep your strip fresh after 27 years.

This was really cool.
I've followed Luann for a number of years and while I've never been able to figure out how to navigate GoComics to take part in the discussions (?) on that site thoroughly enjoyed being let into 'the mind of Greg Evans' about the comic and how it comes to be each day.
Thanks so much for sharing!
