Here's one cat's view of a snow day:
Here's another:
Maeby starts the day by snoozing on a book in bed.
She does quality control on a cereal spoon.
When it's time to work, she provides moral support. She will also act as a paperweight if you ask politely.
But once quitting time rolls around, she takes a break to stretch in the sun.
I tried to show her what it would be like to play in the snow, but she refused.
Then again, once I opened my window and saw my patio, I refused to go outside, too.

I love cats. I have one downstairs that tries to flirt with me every time I walk by. Great photos. Just discovered your blog, seems pretty cool.

During the snowstorms, one of our dogs needed to go "out". She's the smallest of our two - a six-pound Brussels Griffon that rules the house. Riley took one step out the door into the snow bluffs and pranced right back into the house.
I can't say that I wouldn't do the same if a foot of snow was taller than me!

I loved reading the Garfield comics as a kid, and I admit I still peruse that section of the newspaper quite frequently. My two cats always seem to know the best time to plop on the computer keys or a book I'm reading. I'm convinced they plot it. I look forward to reading more fun posts!
